At first I was like "Wait what? what that drop on?" Then I noticed it probably a perfect timing photo taking, since the drop is about to get the water. You can tell the drop is about to get in the water by that small bump or shadow around the drop. The timing is what very compelling.
I love the symmetry of this photo even it not exactly symmetrical. It compelling by the boat just being alone and just leaving or going away. This photo makes me want to get on the boat and leave.
This photo was compelling because this photo gave me a message. Look for your next step or keep moving forward is the message I think when I see this photo. That message I think because the fog is covering the wood toward the back, and need to keep going forward to see the next one.
